Updated 06 September 2021
All our events are planned with consideration for social distancing and the potential for the rule of six to remain for a while as yet.
We make every effort to ensure our events as safe as possible but, unfortunately, sometimes government guidelines means that we have to postpone, although we are trying to avoid this where possible.
We want to reassure you that you can book with confidence and your entry fee is protected.
Bubble Rush - postponed to 2022
Sadly, due to unforeseen circumstances, Bubble Rush which was due to take place on Saturday 11 September has been postponed to 7 May 2022. This event is run by Chicken Salad Events and they have been in contact with all participants on the new date. If you have not received a communication, please contact Chicken Salad events by emailing them on: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tickets for the new date in 2022 are yet to go on sale. As soon as the event is live to book, we will inform supporters on our website, email and social media.
Many thanks for your understanding at this time.
By signing up to the Midnight Walk 2021, we’d like to reassure you that if for any reason the physical event cannot take place on the 2 October due to COVID-19, that we will provide you with an alternative event (whether this be a virtual challenge or a postponed date). If you cannot make the new date, we will refund your registration fee (excluding Eventbrite booking fee) if it is requested within 2 weeks of the new date being announced. After that time we won’t be able to process refunds.
