We just ask for a donation to support St Elizabeth Hospice & EACH for us to collect your tree. Take a look at the suggested donations below and how you can help the hospice:

• £20 –  A donation of £20 could fund a telephone call to our 24/7 OneCall helpline service offering support, advice and referral if required for a patient.
• £34 –  A donation of £34 could fund a physiotherapy session for a patient to help them to manage their symptoms and pain.
• £45 – A donation of £45 could fund the cost of a one-to-one bereavement session with a trained St Elizabeth Hospice counsellor for a family whose loved one has died and won’t be there with them this year.
• £74 – A donation of £74 could fund the cost of one of a St Elizabeth Hospice Community Nurse Specialist working in the community visiting patients and their families during the festive period making sure they are comfortable and free from pain.

Please leave your real Christmas tree at the front of your house by 9am on the designated collection dates. We kindly request that you leave it in an obvious location so our volunteers can easily collect and move on to the next property.

There is no need to stay at home during the collection days. Just put your tree out and we will collect!

We are unable to book a specific date or time as our volunteers will be focusing on different routes around Suffolk. Your tree could be collected anytime between the 8 and 14 January.

If you forgot to put out your tree or it had been missed for a particular reason, then please email fundraising@stelizabethhospice.org.uk by 10:00am on Monday 12 January and we will confirm an alternative collection time. Please note, no trees will be collected over the weekend and we cannot collect trees after the deadline.

Your tree will make its way to one of our designated drop off points in Suffolk. Some will be chipped then recycled into biofuel and others will be used at Jimmy’s Farm.
