If you are donating items to Holywells and Martlesham Heath Retail Centres, please note donation times have changed as of 11 August 2020.
You will be able to donate items from 10am until 1pm, Monday to Saturday.
Due to infection control and staffing, only Holywells Retail Centre and Martlesham Heath Retail Centre are open for donations.
Supporters will need to place their donations in the branded van which will be held securely for 72 hours, before being distributed to our shops.
Please do not leave donations outside any of our shops.
The centre addresses are:
- Martlesham Retail Centre address: Gloster Road, Martlesham, IP5 3RD
- Holywells Retail Centre address: Units 4-5 Holywells Road, Ipswich, IP3 0DL
If you are donating, our friendly team will be checking items before you put them into the van to make sure we can accept them. We cannot accept furniture items at this time.
