St Elizabeth Hospice is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and flexible Registered Nurse to provide holistic, person-centred care and nursing support to young adults living with progressive illness and complex health care needs accessing Zest services at St Elizabeth Hospice. This will include providing support in the preparation for short break delivery with care planning, family liaison and over-seeing the off duty to ensure appropriate skill mix to meet complex needs.
The successful applicant will provide regular nursing support to the monthly evening Zest X-change group, over-seeing care planning and allocation of care support in conjunction with the Zest Lead Nurse, as well as being part of the short break care team.
