An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced care assistant to work in the Zest team as a Lead care assistant at Zest days, Short break weekends and groups. You will be competent and confident in complex care needs, providing support and supervision to the Zest care assistants.
You will have a willingness to support young adults using person-centred care to plan activities and achieve their goals, and where appropriate encourage independence and self-management skills.
