Could you be part of a dynamic team working with young adults living with progressive illness and complex health care needs?

St Elizabeth Hospice is looking for a Young Adult Care Activities Support Coordinator to support our rapidly developing young adult care service, working with teenagers and young adults, aged 14 – 40 years and their families.

This exciting role will involve the coordination of the young adult social group and family drop-in, and include supporting engagement through delivery of inclusive activities.

You will also be working to support transition from children’s to adult’s services, and assisting with the exciting new pilot of weekend short break for young adults.
