Could you be part of a dynamic team working with young adults living with progressive illness and complex health care needs?

St Elizabeth Hospice is looking for a Young Adult Care Activities Support Coordinator to support our rapidly developing young adult care service, working with teenagers and young adults, aged 14 – 40 years and their families.
