An exciting new opportunity has arisen for someone to join the team as a Senior Fundraising Marketing Officer.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising you will be required to:
- Working as a member of the fundraising team to execute and continuously evaluate the hospice fundraising marketing strategy (encompassing fundraising campaigns, events, lottery and initiatives) to achieve and exceed income and acquisition targets
- Working closely with the hospice marketing and communications team to ensure campaigns and activities are on brand and embody the hospice values and mission
- To possess a strong understanding of our supporters, customers, audiences and products to provide high quality advice and guidance on marketing matters
Applicants should possess a professional marketing or digital qualification and have proven experience of leading a marketing team. Educated to degree (or equivalent) level or with proven strategic and management marketing experience with transferable skills, the successful application should have experience of CRM databases and knowledge of compliance (GDPR/PECR). Communication and organisational skills are key, as well as the ability to prioritise workloads.
