Our work is centred on an individual’s needs, which means specialist support, whenever and wherever it is needed, whether at home, in the community or at the hospice. Through medicine and therapy we ease pain; we give life purpose and make life liveable.
Our most recent Care Quality Commission report rated the hospice as “Outstanding”

A student nurse on completing her placement recently said “People will forget what you say, they will forget what you did but they will never forget how you made them feel” – you have made me feel like I can be a good nurse. My time at the Hospice has exceeded all of my expectations and has changed the way I will nurse – for the better’’.
