St Elizabeth Hospice improves life for people in east Suffolk living with a progressive or terminal illness. Our work is centred on an individual’s needs, which means specialist support, whenever and wherever it is needed, whether at home, in the community or at the hospice. Through medicine and therapy we ease pain; we give life purpose and make life liveable.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Reception Coordinator with excellent interpersonal and IT skills to join our Administration and Executive Office Team. The role involves coordinating all administrative and operational procedures related to the day to day running of the front of house service, to provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors and callers to give the best possible first impression of the hospice and to ensure that all calls to the hospice are managed politely and efficiently.
The post is 30 hrs per week over 4 days, with some flexibility required around the non-working day to ensure cover for annual leave. Previous experience of using patient information systems not essential but would be an advantage.
