People (HR) Project Manager

Status: 37.5 hours per week/ part-time hours would be considered. 12 month fixed term contract (hybrid working – combination of home working and office based)

Salary: Circa £30,000

Are you ready to join the People & Culture team to deliver the people projects that are instrumental in our 5-year strategic plan?

We are looking to appoint a People Project Manager into our ambitious, friendly and fun People & Culture team that look out for each other and collaborate to achieve results. This newly created position is for a 12-month fixed term contract and will be key in helping to deliver a high quality and professional People & Culture service for our stakeholders.  Under the guidance of the Senior People Business Partner the role will lead on the delivery of key cross-functional people projects that are instrumental in the delivery of our people plan

The role will involve both knowledge of people process and best practice with a clear understanding of the project management discipline to support the delivery of our ambitious people plan.  Projects will include a range of people initiatives such as Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Recruitment & Retention, Reward & Recognition, Engagement, Performance Management, Wellbeing and Policy Development.
