Salary: £20,000 - £23,500 pro rata

We are seeking to appoint a People and Culture Assistant into the new People and Culture Team. Working alongside another People and Culture Assistant this new role will provide administration support to the People and Culture Team on a range of tasks to support the delivery of a comprehensive business partnering service to the hospice and St Elizabeth Care Agency. Under the guidance of the Business Partners the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of People and Culture administration which will include, but is not limited to; offers of employment, pre-employment checks, recruitment and leaver processes.
