Maintenance Technician

Status: Part time – 22.5 hours per week, including on-call rota

Salary: £12,263.40 - £13,367.40 (WTE £20,439 - £22,279) per annum, depending on experience, plus on-call allowance

Do you have good DIY skills and enjoys carpentry and painting? Would you like to join the facilities team in providing a high standard and efficient maintenance service for the Hospice?

Our ideal candidate will have good all round experience of general maintenance relating to buildings, plumbing, painting, carpentry and gardening.  You will have a full clean driving licence in order to travel to our retail locations.  You will have the ability to prioritise your workload and have excellent communications skills.

Due to the requirement for on-call attendance, applicants should be able to reach the hospice within 30 minutes.  Van and tools are provided.
