We are seeking an exceptional individual, at an ambitious time for us; St Elizabeth Hospice is a financially strong charity in a challenging commercial and service delivery environment. Are you ready to join the People and Culture team to deliver the people elements of our 5-year strategic plan?

We are looking to appoint an HR Business Partner into the new People and Culture team. This role offers an opportunity to work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of the hospice and St Elizabeth Care Agency. Acting as a point of contact and subject matter expert on complex employment cases and projects providing high-level people management and strategic development support across designated directorates.
