Status: Permanent - 20 hours per week (hybrid working, worked flexibly as agreed across the week)

Salary: £11,223 - £12,843  (WTE: £21,043 - £24,080)

St Elizabeth Hospice improves life for people living with a life-limiting or incurable illness. Our work is centred on an individual’s needs, which means specialist support, whenever and wherever it is needed, whether at home, in the community or at the hospice. Through medicine and therapy we ease pain; we give life purpose and make life liveable.

Due to expansion of this important part of our service, we are looking for someone who will provide ideas and suggestions on attraction activities to form the overall marketing plan for the Community Volunteer Team. Build effective relationships with the line managers of volunteers, providing advice & guidance in relation to their volunteers, and ensuring that service level agreements are met.

With some supervision & guidance, deliver an effective business support service to line managers with regard to the attraction, recruitment & retention of volunteers. The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the sourcing and recruitment of volunteers for the hospice.
