We are pleased to announce we are launching the St Elizabeth Hospice Community Unit to provide holistic care and palliative rehabilitation to patients with a progressive and life limiting illness. The Community Unit will support patients who require multi-professional input, group support, social integration, specialist interventions and psychological support.
This is an exciting opportunity to plan and introduce day service provision since its suspension in March 2020 due to the global pandemic.

In return we offer:
• mirror Agenda for Change with regard to salary, enhancements, annual leave and occupational sick pay (however not reckonable service)
• personal pension plan (NHS Pensions are transferrable)
• excellent training opportunities
• employee assistance programme
