Are you a Registered Nurse who wants to give the best possible care? Have you thought about a career in Specialist Palliative Care at St Elizabeth Hospice?
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Team on a permanent basis. This role is working within the Community Team, alongside the Clinical Nurse Specialist and Healthcare Assistant Team, providing face to face visits and telephone support as well as working closely with our hospital and community partners.
