In its 30th anniversary year, St Elizabeth Hospice continues to drive forward innovation and development of services, both in the Ipswich and East Suffolk locality and now further up the coast to the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area.  NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney CCG have recently awarded the specialist palliative and end of life care contract to East Coast Community Healthcare.  The contract includes a specialist palliative care service which will be delivered in partnership with St Elizabeth Hospice.

This is an exciting time for St Elizabeth Hospice. It’s a time of expansion, development and investment in the Hospice Community Team.  We are offering an opportunity to be part of the Community Specialist Palliative Care Team influencing the holistic care of patients and carers with end of life and specialist palliative care needs.  This is a chance to make a real difference to people’s lives.

Are you an enthusiastic Registered Nurse with demonstrable experience and knowledge of providing care to people with a specialist palliative care need?

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses to join our Community Team.  You will work with our Community Team providing specialist palliative care advice and support to patients in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area. You will work closely with your Team Leader and multi-disciplinary team to provide face to face and telephone support for a caseload of patients.

In return we offer:
