Status: Fixed term for 1 year (maternity cover)
Salary: £18,819.00 to £22,734.00 (WTE: £31,365.00 to £37,890.00)

Are you an enthusiastic Registered Nurse who wants to give the best possible care? Have you thought about a career in Specialist Palliative Care at St Elizabeth Hospice?
You will work with our Community Team providing specialist palliative care advice and support to patients in the East Suffolk area. You will work closely with your Team Leader and multi-disciplinary team to provide face to face and telephone support, for a caseload of patients and participate in answering calls from our 24/7 advice line.
