If so, come and join the team at St Elizabeth Hospice, working alongside our community team, which includes clinical nurse specialists, registered nurses and healthcare assistants.
You will be providing a first class administrative support to the team, taking calls on our OneCall advice line and assisting with coordination of patient care.
You will be part of a team covering from 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week working on a rota basis.
We are looking for two Care Coordinators working 24 hours (4 x 6 hour shifts) a week including evening and weekend shifts, which will attract enhancements for unsocial hours.
