The Hospice is expanding!
St Elizabeth Hospice improves life for people in east Suffolk living with a progressive or terminal illness. Our work is centred on an individual’s needs, which means specialist support, whenever and wherever it is needed, whether at home, in the community or at the hospice. Through medicine and therapy we ease pain; we give life purpose and make life liveable.
We are looking for two Café/Retail Assistants to join a new store opening which will include both a retail and café unit.
- Under the direction of the Community Hub Manager, the café/retail assistants are responsible for serving the customers and all duties relating to the smooth running of the community one stop shop.
- To ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the café
- To support the Retail side of the hub when required
Applicants must hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate and have previous catering experience in a café, bar, restaurant or fast food outlet. In addition, good communication and customer service skills.
