Cafe Assistant Manager

Status: Permanent - 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £22,990 - £24,042, depending on experience

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Café Assistant Manager to play a vital part in our team and vision of offering an excellent customer experience.

This is a hands on operational role and would suit someone who is adventurous, passionate about fantastic coffee and with amazing social skills who can work with the brilliant team we already have, and support new team members and volunteers too.

You will be supporting the Community Hub Manager in management of the day to day running of the Café and Retail unit.  Supporting the team to ensure that the highest standards in food preparation, quality, safety, cleanliness, hygiene and service are maintained at all times throughout the whole café.

With all funds raised going towards the independent Suffolk charity, St Elizabeth Hospice, which every year delivers free care to over 3,000 people and their families in East Suffolk through to Great Yarmouth and Waveney living with a progressive or life-limiting illness
