St Elizabeth Tribute Funds

Losing someone is one of the hardest things anyone has to face, but finding a lasting way to remember them can be a great comfort. A St Elizabeth Tribute Fund can be a wonderful way to honour and celebrate the life of someone special.

The fund is set up in memory of the person who you have lost. It gives family, friends and colleagues an opportunity to raise money to help St Elizabeth Hospice provide care for the people of East Suffolk with life-limiting illnesses, whilst supporting their families and carers.

Family and friends can also be invited to contribute in any way they choose, for any length of time, in whatever way feels right for them.

Any donation, however big or small, can be placed into a Tribute Fund. You can give a single gift or make regular gifts by standing order. By taking advantage of Gift Aid, this will increase the value of your gift to us at no extra charge to yourself making your donation go further.

Some people like to take part in sponsored events, sell cakes or host events, whilst others simply decide to make a donation on a significant date, like a birthday or anniversary. Anybody can donate or raise money for the St Elizabeth Tribute Fund, now and for as long as they wish to.

Ronnie Dawson set up a St Elizabeth Tribute Fund in memory of her daughter Carla last year. Sadly Carla was just 19 when she lost her battle with cancer.

"Having a fund in Carla's name will help keep her memories alive and I think she would be very proud knowing we are raising money for such a good cause which helped her enormously" Ronnie said.
