How to join

There are various ways you can join the Hospice lottery.

Online

If you would like to pay by this method simply click here to complete an online form and pay by credit or debit card.

Through your local newsagent

If you have a newspaper delivered to your home and your newsagent is a Hospice lottery agent they can add £1 every week to your newspaper bill. Click here to find out if your local newsagent is a Hospice lottery agent.

By post

If you would like to pay by post, simply download and complete the application form below and return to us enclosing your cheque or postal order made payable to St Elizabeth Hospice Lottery.

By phone

You can join and pay by credit or debit card over the telephone. Please contact the lottery team on 01473 707008.

Form a syndicate

Why not have a bit of fun and play the St Elizabeth Hospice Lottery with your work colleagues or friends? Increase your chance of winning a prize and support a local good cause.

Lottery vouchers

Are you always on the look out for original and thoughtful gifts for friends and relatives? We have the perfect solution! You can now purchase St Elizabeth Hospice lottery vouchers in £13, £26 and £52 denominations. The lucky recipient of the vouchers will be entered into our lottery draw every Friday for as long as their membership is current (membership costs £1 per chance/per week). Order your vouchers now by downloading the lottery voucher order form.

Once you have joined you will receive an introduction letter with your personal lottery draw number. Your number will be entered into the draw every Friday providing you have at least £1 in your account at the time.
