Special occasions

A gift to St Elizabeth Hospice is a poignant present and you will be helping us to make a difference to our patients and their families, by helping fund our services.

Increasingly people are looking for gifts with a difference. We have a range of occasion cards you can distribute to your friends and family before or on your special day and in them they can insert a donation in lieu of a gift.

The range of cards includes weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and a general card for special occasions. The cards make it easy for your family and friends to Gift Aid their donation, making it go even further without costing them a penny.

The cards are available free on request from the fundraising team.

For example, Mr Hambling had a party for his 65th birthday and instead of presents, he and his wife asked family and friends to donate to the Hospice. They both had a wonderful evening and raised over £500.
