In memory

Donations in-memory of loved ones play a key role in supporting our work.

Many people choose to request donations to the Hospice in lieu of flowers at funerals. Last year, donations made in-memory of loved ones funded the care of hundreds of our patients.

Whilst flowers fade, donations to St Elizabeth Hospice will be an enduring gift, and will have a real impact on the lives of local people. You may like to set up a St Elizabeth Tribute Fund to honour the memory of your loved one. The donations made at the funeral can be put in to the fund, and will be a permanent tribute in the name of the person who has died.

If you would like donations to be sent to St Elizabeth Hospice, please talk to your funeral director who can make the arrangements, or you may wish to use our 'Remembering Someone Special' envelopes. The envelopes make it easy for your friends and family to Gift Aid their donation, making it worth even more to the Hospice without costing them a penny. We will contact you and let you know the total amount of donations we receive after the funeral has taken place. The envelopes are available free from the fundraising team.
