Get involved
There are many ways to get involved and support St Elizabeth Hospice, and several reasons why people decide to help. We are always grateful for the goodwill shown to us, no matter how small - it really does make a difference - and we hope you will find it fulfilling too.
Fundraising
Fundraising is vital to the running of the Hospice and ensures we are able to continue to develop our services now and in the future. It costs £6.6 million a year - that's £13 a minute - to continue to provide our services free of charge, and most of that is met through donations, fundraising and the amazing support of the East Suffolk community.

Volunteering
Volunteers help the Hospice every day. They take on a variety of roles from providing support to our patients, administration, gardening, driving manning our reception desk or volunteering in our shops. Without their dedication our services would not be the same. If you feel you would like to offer your time and skills click here to find out more
Support our shops
We have 11 Hospice shops throughout East Suffolk which sell donated goods to generate funds. You could help by donating second-hand items, including furniture, or visiting our shops to see if there is something you would like to buy. We also encourage volunteers to help in our shops.
