On Your Bike!

A cycling event for everyone! With the choice of three different distances, all taking in beautiful countryside, we hope you'll join us and get On your bike! for St Elizabeth Hospice.

All routes start and finish at the Royal Hospital School in Holbrook and all cyclists will receive a medal on completion.

Online registration for On Your Bike! has now closed.

You can turn up on the day and register.

• 75 mile challenge, £20 on the day, registration opens at 8.30am and ride starts at 9.00am (over 18s only)
• 50 mile challenge, £20 on the day, registration opens at 9.00am and ride starts at 9.30am (over 16s only)
• 11.5 mile ride, £7 on the day, family ticket maximum 2 adults and 3 children £25 on the day, registration opens at 9.30am and ride starts at 10.00am

It costs £6.6million a year to run the Hospice so every penny you raise in sponsorship will help us to continue providing services free to the people of Suffolk.

You can park on the Parade Ground at the Royal Hospital School. There will be signs and marshals directing you and car parking is free.

Refreshments and toilet stops are provided along the route as well as at the Royal Hospital School. Along the route, you will be able to refill your water bottle with drinking water. At the Royal Hospital School you will be able to purchase hot food and drink before and after your ride. 

Please ensure your bike is in good order, particularly the brakes. You are advised to bring along a small tool kit to deal with repairs.

We are also looking for volunteers to help on the day marshalling along the routes as well as helping at the refreshment stops. Volunteers are also needed on Saturday 10th September to help put signs up along the routes.
