Exciting Retail Opportunity - Great Yarmouth Town Centre Shop Manager (full time) and Assistant Managers (part time)
Salary - WTE £13,994 - £14,723
Following the recent expansion of our services in Waveney and Great Yarmouth, we are opening our first shop in the town to raise the funds needed to make a difference to the lives of local patients and their families.
We want to put together a highly motivated and enthusiastic management team to develop our first retail outlet in the area. Responsibilities will include:
Line management of staff and volunteers
Setting and maintaining high standards of merchandising and stock control
Day to day organisation of the shop
Providing a high standard of customer service
Taking an active part in our future expansion programme
Our ideal candidates will have proven retail management experience including recent experience of managing a team. Experience of the clothing sector will be an added advantage. This is primarily a hands-on role and will suit an experienced retailer looking for a new challenge.
Successful candidates must have full driving licence and access to own transport
