Senior Management Team

Jane Petit Chief Executive
As Chief Executive, Jane's role is diverse, challenging and extremely rewarding. Jane is responsible for the leadership of the Senior Management Team and all of the Hospice staff and volunteers. The Board of Trustees delegates the powers for day to day decision making to Jane and through Jane to the members of the Senior Management Team. She, in turn, is responsible to the Board for ensuring the consistent achievement of the Hospice vision and strategic and financial objectives. Jane also acts as an ambassador for the Hospice at external events and raises public awareness of the Hospice's work both to encourage people to use the services we provide and also to contribute to our fundraising in whatever way they can.

Brian Bolt Director of Corporate Services
Brian has overall responsibility for managing the Hospice's support services including finance, human resources, education, IT, maintenance, catering and cleaning.

Verity Jolly Director of Patient Services
Verity is responsible for patient services and quality of care, encompassing nursing, the therapies, social work, complementary therapies and spiritual care.

Kelvin Bengtson Medical Director
Kelvin is responsible for medical leadership and support to ensure the effective and efficient organisation of the Hospice clinical services to provide the highest standard of medical care.

Alison Lanchester Director of Income Generation and Marketing
Alison ensures opportunities for maximizing income are researched and has overall responsibility for the lottery team, fundraising and retail, as well as the marketing and communications team.
