Wild in Art Trail 2022 – The Big Hoot Intern opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known and established local charity for a year’s placement as part of a unique event – The Big Hoot.  In this role you will be working to make a difference to the lives of patients and their families living with life-limiting the lives of others by supporting the Fundraising and Marketing Manager with the development and implementation of a new sustainable and reliable fundraising strategy with key deliverables and realisable targets.

From June to August 2022, Ipswich is set to play host to its third art trail supporting St Elizabeth Hospice.   40 individually designed Owls will be making their way to the streets of Ipswich in the biggest free art event to take place in Suffolk.  At the same time, visitors will also be able to meet our Parliament of around 80 Little Hoots created by local schools and groups who will be popping up in special locations all across town.

We are now looking to bring into the team an intern to work with us during the year on this exciting project to gain experience and hands on learning in event planning and fundraising and much more.  If you are a sociable, dedicated and enthusiastic individual you could be the person we are looking for to be a part of this fantastic campaign.
